Users may also request account deletion, in which case all associated data will be permanently removed after a specified period.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal discussions with Doc Pro. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangladesh, under the rules of the Bangladesh Arbitration Act.
